Museum circuit of Terni

The Terni museum circuit includes various sites, some for educational purposes such as the Permanent Exhibition of Paentology which, hosting fossil remains of mammals, is proposed as a space dedicated to scientific dissemination, or even the Industrial Heritage Documentation Center which organizes itineraries on the themes of industrial archeology.

Among the archaeological pearls we find the Archaeological Site and Visitor and Documentation Center of Carsulae , which preserves numerous artifacts found during excavations within the same archaeological site.

The urban center holds the main archaeological emergency with the Roman amphitheater . Finally, of very high artistic value we must remember the Municipal Art Gallery housed in the eighteenth-century Palazzo Gazzoli which documents the artistic production from the late 300 to the 800, this art collection, closely linked to the Terni area, is currently being rearranged in the new museum center of the former SIRI area.
